What's New This Year

Glow in the Park has doubled the foam and will be adding special UV glow tunnels at each of the color stations! We are also including a Glow in the Park t-shirt with every registration received before August 2nd! (sign up by August 2nd to guarantee your free shirt. Glowers who do not register before t-shirt ordering deadline will not be guaranteed a shirt with their packet, but may have a chance to purchase a t-shirt on the day of the event)

Children age 4 and under do not need to register, but will not receive the race goodie bag.

Race day registration will be available at the event location during packet pick-up time.

Charity

The Community Theatre of Howell is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster and encourage the study of and public appreciation for the performing arts. We offer quality productions to the community each year, usually including two youth productions, many programs and workshops in various theatrical disciplines, and a two-week summer camp for youth. We pride ourselves on family entertainment and we provide a structured cultural experience for everyone involved. The stage provides invaluable opportunities for youth, offering them a positive experience that improves self-esteem, confidence and cooperative skills.

Rules and Guidelines

Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason will be issued for this event within 30 days of the event start date. Earlier than 30 days before the event, a request may be made for a 50% refund (this will be 50% of entry fee, excluding any processing fees). Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to this refund policy. To request a refund, please email simon@triviumracing.com.

Transfer policy: Entries can be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee. T-shirt size will not be changeable. Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year. To request a transfer, please email libby@triviumracing.com.

Weather Policy: In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined. Information will be available on the race website.
