What's New This Year

In 2016, Glow in the Park 5K will be adding a new glowing theme for our events! We are super psyched to head back to the 80’s! Dude, it would be so totally lame if you didn’t, like, get in the mood and party hardy with us. So come check out our wicked fresh beats and rad hairdos. But don’t be a poser and leave your killer leg warmers at home. You’ll miss your chance to win the tubular costume contest! Yes, we said costume contest! And, like duh, we’ll have plenty of cool 80’s accessories to fix you up with if you can’t find any.

  • Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-Up: Saturday, Aug 20th, 6:30pm – 8:45pm (No packets may be picked up after 8:45pm)

Children age 4 and under do not need to register, but will not receive the race goodie bag.

Race day registration will be available at the event location during packet pick-up time.

The Community Theatre of Howell is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster and encourage the study of and public appreciation for the performing arts. We offer quality productions to the community each year, usually including two youth productions, many programs and workshops in various theatrical disciplines, and a two-week summer camp for youth. We pride ourselves on family entertainment and we provide a structured cultural experience for everyone involved. The stage provides invaluable opportunities for youth, offering them a positive experience that improves self-esteem, confidence and cooperative skills.

Rules and Guidelines

In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined. Information will be available on the race website.
